When we first met our new client he had just finished dental school and was in the process of opening his own practice. He had leased a small office space and was in the process of outfitting it with dental equipment.
He had no patients, no staff, and no marketing plan. In short, he had a dream but no idea how to make it a reality.
He wanted to build a successful dental practice that would be profitable, provide quality dental care for patients, and offer a great working environment for staff.
